Ohhh dears, where do I begin? Well, first of all let me tell you that this fragrance is the best blind buy I committed ever!!!

Now, let’s pause for a second to admire the olfactory gem of this beauty!

Composition

Top: Lime, Red Mandarin, Pink Pepper, Mint

Heart: Coconut, Guava, Cassis

Base: Musk Cocktail, Candied Fruits, Ambergris, Transparent Oud, Moss

This is definitely an impressive tropical fragrance!! Guava notes here are gorgeous, juicy, super realistic and tart perfectly blended with a coconut and a hint of lime - remind me of refreshing perfect summer cocktail 🍹 ⛱️…

You might expect Tales from Zanzibar to be sweet due to exotic composition however it’s quite opposite this fragrance is more of a tart green frag direction - and that’s the reason which makes this beautiful scent so unique and powerful🫶🙌

On my skin I don’t detect any oud (maybe , because it’s “transparent” as mentioned above 🤭) it might be responsible just to hold the composition together and increase the performance. Till the base I’m enjoying soft , juicy guava with coconut creaminess and refreshing note of cassis which adds sharpness and freshness

F*Fabulous ~ the main chord of perfume is a leather which interacts with intoxicating nutty and smoky spicy notes

The composition opens with a note of sage and lavender, followed by bitter, roasted almonds chords, settled in a gentle mix of amber tonka bean with cashmeran, woody base

Strong, deep, provocative unisex fragrance!

In my personal opinion, perfect for autumn and winter season. However, taking into consideration the weather condition in Dubai we are coping with - I found FF perfect for layering, with some gourmand fragrances where this perfume adds more depth and sophistication ✨
