The Upsides - UAE Real Estate Discovery

Talay at Marsa Al Saadiyat by Aldar:

Meet Talay. The first address at Marsa Al Saadiyat.

Aldar has revealed the first place you can actually name inside its AED 100 billion final phase of Saadiyat Island. And it is built around family.

Life by the sea. Steps from the beach, Abu Dhabi's largest marina and the waterfront promenade. World-class schools close by. A home, in Aldar's words, "designed to grow with you, for generations."

Pricing and floor plans are not released yet. As an authorized Aldar agency we will have them the day Aldar confirms, and registered buyers get them first.

The last piece of land Saadiyat Island will ever release.

Marsa Al Saadiyat just went from “announced” to inaugurated by H.H. Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan. AED 100 billion. 6.4 million sqm. 8km of waterfront. Abu Dhabi’s largest marina at 350 berths. An underground Etihad Rail station built into the masterplan.

Saadiyat prices are already at AED 43,100/sqm, up 21% YoY, the highest of any community in Abu Dhabi. Once this sells out, there’s no more island left.

Marsa Al Saadiyat pricing isn’t out yet. We’re an authorized Aldar agency and we’ll have it the moment it drops. Register on the link in bio to get it first.
