Very happy with the results from training with Allan! I’ve been doing 1-3 PT’s a week for the past 12 months.

I’ve always been in good shape I just thought I could eat what i wanted and I stayed the same, but in 2017 I stopped exercising and I put two stone on. I managed to shift about 3/4 of a stone by 2018 on my own but needed help for the rest! Within 12 months and training with Allan I’ve managed to get back to my original weight which I thought was a distant memory! A lot of people will say they think I look better with a bit of fat keeping me warm! But it’s about how you feel in your own skin and keeping a balanced lifestyle.

My diet has pretty much stayed the same over the years but now I have fruit and homemade green juice everyday, drink plenty of water and train each week ( and take little Dougie the park 4 days a week which has also helped!)
