With over 20 years experience and knowledge, entering many body sculpturing competitions, I develop fun and motivating workouts to achieve muscle tone, weight loss and your desired fitness level, create programs especially for you and assist you achieve your individual health and fitness goals.
My ladies doing a crazy "wall workout". My classes as you can see are for ladies of all age groups & fitness levels. If you can't get down on the floor there's a chair for you 💕

Hi ladies. As a qualified fitness instructor, PT for many years, turning my passion into a purpose has been one of my life’s greatest achievements, helping ladies get fit and trim whilst having lots of fun. Classes are run weekly, held at the Wynnum Community Centre. All ladies work at their own pace, and I always show easier options of the more advanced exercises. Had a small exercise class last night so decided to do a circuit class. They did 5 rounds of the entire circuit and I think everyone was a little exhaused afterwards 😉. Proud of all of you 🥰
