Today (D-6), an old customer deeply touched me with a gift to cheer me up. Even with a small shop, I always tried to find products for family and friends. This loyal customer of almost 10 years kept visiting despite my two moves. Moving online, the saddest part is losing direct interaction with such friends. The world changes, but I won't neglect these precious connections.
