Workshops for Mental Health and wellbeing!

Today we did Mandala Paintings!

Using a variety of paints, canvas and stencils.

Some turned out better than others lol and a lot of frustrated words were spoken but everything turned out and everyone had a great time!

Next week is Japanese Artwork which is doing kinusagi (hope I spelt that right whoops) and I'm soooo excited. It's so therapeutic!
