Bone Broth. But make it a burger.
Because nobody said getting your broth in had to involve a mug.
Our Smokey BBQ mayo brings the goods: EVOO, prebiotic fibre, no seed oils and bone broth in every serve. All wrapped up in a ridiculously good sauce. It's broth, without the sweat.
Slather accordingly.
BROTH. NO MUG REQUIRED.
KIRSTY. REVEAL YOURSELF. 😂💚
This email landed in our inbox about Goodstachio and quite frankly, it was is one of the best we have ever received.
The detail. The enthusiasm. The sheer emotional investment in Goodstachio. It spoke to our hearts lol.
We read the whole thing. Obviously.
Apologies for the chipmunk voice — Kirsty had A LOT to say and we had places to be. 😂
But now we need to find her.
Kirsty, if you’re here, comment below 👇🏽 We have something for you.
And just FYI to Kirstys worldwide considering trying their luck… we have her email address. There will be ID checks. 🤣

Your cutting board might be seasoning your dinner with plastic.
A 2023 study published in Environmental Science & Technology found a standard plastic cutting board can shed up to 1,114 microplastic particles into your food in a single use — and the older and more scored the board, the worse it gets. A 2025 follow-up went further: mice fed a diet prepped on plastic boards ended up with a damaged gut lining, inflammation, and thrown-off gut bacteria. Plastic breaking down the gut barrier before your food's even had a chance to do its job.
Ditch the plastic board. Wood, glass or bamboo doesn't shed like this, and it'll outlast your knives too. If you're not ready to let plastic go — at minimum, retire the scratched-up one you've had for years. That's the one doing the most damage.
Same rule applies to your containers: glass, not plastic. Every time.
PSA there is still time to enter our Kitchen Upgrade Giveaway. Head to instragram to enter and be in the running to win almost 2k of non-toxic, plastic free storage and more.
