I remember being in massage school and I had mentioned to one of the other students that my goal was for people not to come back to me. She looked at me like I had 2 heads. She didn’t understand that I didn’t want the same person coming back with the same problem week after week. My goal was for them to feel so good in their body that they didn’t need it forever. (Unless you’re like me and just love the feeling of it!)
And that is what I am doing now. Some of my clients are now extending the length between their sessions because they’re getting better. It doesn’t happen in just ‘one’ session. It’s a choice to put your body first.
