A client came with heaviness in her shoulders.
Back pain with stiffness had been bothering her for days, and she told me she felt tired in a way that rest alone couldn’t fix. As she settled on the bed, I began with a slow assessment of her scalp and tension points — the places where stress often hides.

Using Japanese pressure‑point techniques, I worked gently along her scalp, neck, and shoulder line, releasing the tightness layer by layer.

Each movement was intentional, designed to support circulation and help her body soften.

By the end of the session, her expression had completely changed.
