Due to World War II, Makeup was scarce for most. The Fashion and Makeup style became plain in order to respect the soldiers fighting in the war, but drew attention to the bold red lips that was a symbol for America and Canada.

Bold Fantasy Catwalk Makeup look on models and
I adore how well the Gold stands against the blue. I tried two variations, one with more of a rise in the liner and less glitter, and one with the liner coming out and a larger area of glitter.

With the first one, I realised the Wonder swipe gold wasn't coming out as strong, so for the next one I used the Morphe gel liner as a base, which truly helped the wonderswipe gold truly pop.
