Face and neck tattoo removal session performed live and edited into this short video.
Visible tattoos can impact confidence, employment opportunities, and how people feel about their appearance every day. Laser tattoo removal provides a pathway forward, whether you’re removing a tattoo completely or fading it for a cover-up.
This treatment was originally performed live, giving viewers the opportunity to see the procedure in real time, ask questions, and learn about the tattoo removal process from a clinical perspective.
If you’d like to watch future treatments, client journeys, laser education, and live Q&A sessions, follow and join us live on TikTok at .
Every tattoo tells a story. Sometimes the next chapter starts with removal.

Acne may only last a season of your life, but the scars can remain long after the breakouts have gone.
This client is now two years post-Roaccutane and ready to focus on improving the appearance of acne scarring through collagen induction therapy.
Microneedling creates controlled microchannels within the skin, triggering the body’s natural healing response and stimulating the production of new collagen and elastin. Over a series of treatments, this process can help improve skin texture, soften the appearance of acne scars and support healthier skin function.
One of the most rewarding parts of treating acne scarring is seeing clients regain confidence in their skin. For many people, the goal isn’t perfection. It’s feeling comfortable leaving the house without makeup, taking photos without filters, and no longer being reminded of a chapter they’ve worked so hard to move beyond.
Every skin journey is unique, which is why a thorough consultation is performed before treatment to determine suitability and create an individual treatment plan.

4th session progress on this multicoloured tattoo using the dual pico/nano Laseroptek Helios 785.
We’ve now successfully cleared the majority of the black pigment using 1064nm, which is typically the gold standard wavelength for darker tattoo ink due to its deeper pe*******on and lower melanin absorption profile.
With the black pigment significantly reduced, treatment can now transition into the more challenging residual colours including blues, purples and greens using the dedicated 785nm wavelength.
These colours are often more resistant due to their selective absorption characteristics and can require advanced wavelength selection and staged treatment planning for safe and effective clearance.
This is why multicoloured tattoos are approached in phases rather than aggressively targeting every colour in the early sessions. By reducing competing dark pigment first, we can now more effectively focus energy into the remaining cooler tones.
Treatment progression depends on:
• Ink depth and composition
• Saturation density
• Layering and cover-up work
• Immune response and clearance speed
• Fitzpatrick skin type
• Overall healing between sessions
No two tattoos respond the same, which is why customised treatment protocols are essential.

Consultation and patch testing required prior to treatment.
Melasma requires a careful, controlled and medically conscious approach. In this treatment we are using the MelaClear Protocol developed for the Laseroptek Helios 785 platform, combining advanced nano and pico second technology with RTP mode to support pigment reduction while aiming to minimise unnecessary thermal injury within the skin.
Unlike aggressive pigment targeting approaches, melasma management focuses heavily on reducing inflammation and avoiding excess heat, as heat itself can be a major trigger for rebound pigmentation and worsening symptoms. The Helios 785 protocol utilises ultra-short pulse durations and controlled delivery methods designed to create a stronger photoacoustic effect with reduced surrounding thermal diffusion.
Melasma is a chronic and highly complex pigmentation condition influenced by factors including hormones, UV exposure, visible light, heat, genetics and inflammation. Because of this, treatment is never simply about “removing pigment.” Long term management requires consistency, strict SPF use, skin barrier support and ongoing maintenance.
Every treatment plan is customised based on skin type, pigment depth, sensitivity and previous treatment history. Multiple sessions are often required and results vary significantly between individuals.
For this treatment we are prioritising gradual improvement, skin integrity and controlled energy delivery over aggressive treatment endpoints.
No treatment can guarantee permanent clearance of melasma and recurrence can occur, particularly without diligent sun protection and maintenance care.
Performed using the Laseroptek Helios 785 dual pico/nano laser platform.
Sun damage doesn’t just affect the face.
The neck and décolletage are often some of the first areas to show signs of chronic UV exposure, collagen loss, crepey texture and premature ageing from our harsh Australian sun.
Today we treated the neck and chest using the CelloTwist Pro by Dermaroller GmbH for advanced medical microneedling.
This is the same style of microneedling technology trusted within children’s hospital burns units for its controlled, gentle and effective approach to skin regeneration.
By creating precise microchannels within the skin, microneedling helps stimulate natural collagen and elastin production while supporting overall skin rejuvenation and barrier function.
Over a treatment course, this can assist with:
• Crepey skin texture
• Fine lines and laxity
• Sun damage and uneven tone
• Skin thinning
• Overall skin quality and rejuvenation
The chest is one of the most overlooked areas when it comes to SPF and long-term skin health.
Clinical treatments will always work best alongside consistent SPF 50 use and a tailored home care routine.
Treatment performed after consultation and assessment. Individual results vary.
Motherhood is not soft. It is strength in its purest form.
It is the woman who shows up every single day, even when she is exhausted.
The one who carries everything quietly, gives endlessly, and still finds a way to put others first.
The protector. The healer. The safe place.
She is the reason so many of us keep going.
This Mother’s Day, honour her in a way that truly gives back.
For a limited time, every Clean Laser Clinics gift card receives an additional $50 in value — because she deserves more than a moment. She deserves care, time, and the opportunity to feel like herself again.
Valid until 1st June.
Gift her something meaningful. Something restorative. Something that reflects everything she gives.

Permanent makeup removal is never as simple as it looks — especially when we’re working with deep microblading scarring and multiple pigment layers.
This client is now 7 sessions in, with progressive clearance across a complex, multicoloured brow tattoo.
Microblading can create trauma within the dermis, which means we’re often treating:
• Irregular pigment depth
• Fibrotic (scarred) tissue
• Patchy ink retention
• Unpredictable laser response
Over time, pigments may also oxidise, shifting darker or into unusual tones before they begin to break down — this is a normal part of the process and is carefully managed throughout treatment.
In cases like this, treatment must be progressive and considered:
• Supporting the skin where scarring is present
• Adjusting wavelength and delivery based on pigment behaviour
• Allowing proper healing between sessions
With approximately 2–5 sessions remaining, we expect continued breakdown while maintaining the integrity of the skin.
Results like this take time, precision, and respect for the skin — not speed.
All treatments performed using the Laseroptek Helios 785 dual pico/nano laser, allowing safe targeting of multiple pigment colours, even in compromised tissue.
If you’ve had previous microblading and don’t know where to start — this is why a thorough consultation matters.
