Hi, I’m Mel, the owner and therapist behind STAR Therapies.
With over 17 years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of working with professional athletes, weekend warriors, tradies, office workers, martial artists, and everyday people who simply want to move and feel better.
What I love most about my job is helping people get back to doing what they enjoy—whether that’s training, working without pain, keeping up with the kids, or preparing for their next sporting event.
Every treatment is tailored to your individual needs. I combine a range of techniques, including sports and remedial massage, stretching, cupping, IASTM, and soft tissue therapy, to help reduce pain, improve movement, and support recovery.
