My humble wee business made it to the national stage 🥹✨

Last weekend Elevate Aesthetics was named a finalist in the Cosmetic Specialist category at the Australian Women’s Small Business Champion Awards, and I’m still taking that in.

Although we didn’t take home the win, being in a room filled with inspiring women from businesses across Australia was something I’ll never forget. Hearing their stories and celebrating what they’ve built left me feeling incredibly proud and excited for what’s ahead.

When I opened Elevate, I hoped to build a clinic where people felt listened to, cared for and comfortable being themselves. To have that little business recognised on this scale means more than I can put into words.

My evening routine: equal parts wellness, skincare and Diet Coke 😂🩷

Most evenings look a little something like this…

✨ Gym or dance
✨ Dinner and an everything shower
✨ LED mask on
✨ My DMK skincare routine
✨ Comfy clothes immediately (home uniform)
✨ My fav glasshouse candle with tv
✨ Diet Coke… obviously

Then it’s time to switch off, get cosy and pretend I’m not still thinking about tomorrow’s to-do list 😂

I’ve officially completed the Patient Suitability, Governance, Compliance & Ethics of Non-Surgical Cosmetic Medicine short course through Monash University.
This course focuses on what truly underpins good aesthetic medicine, safe practice, ethical decision-making, correct patient selection, and strong clinical governance.
I’m proud to have achieved outstanding results in the assessment modules, but more importantly, proud to continue holding myself to a high standard in an ever-evolving industry.
Education doesn’t stop after qualifications, it’s ongoing, intentional, and essential.

NEW AHPRA GUIDELINES FOR NON-SURGICAL TREATMENTS!

Starting from July 1st, all aesthetic providers will be implementing these important changes to ensure your safety and satisfaction.

As an Injectables clinic, we value transparency and want to ensure our community is aware of the latest updates impacting our online presence. Ahpra, the governing body for healthcare providers, has introduced guidelines affecting both surgical and non-surgical cosmetic treatments.

◦ What to expect:
1. Price discussions and written/digital consent for treatments will now be mandatory. Your well-being and understanding are our top priorities.
2. An aesthetic assessment tool will be implemented before every treatment, ensuring personalized care and the best possible outcomes.
3. You will receive copies of your initial consent, aftercare requirements, and a treatment plan summary for your records. We want you to have all the information you need!

◦ Social Media Update:
1. We will no longer be able to use social media for promoting cosmetic procedures, including pricing and promotions. However, we will continue to showcase clear, unedited, and real before-and-after photos to demonstrate our expertise.
2. There will also be changes in the language and advertising regulations on social media platforms. Rest assured, this won't impact the exceptional care you receive in our clinic. Your bespoke experience remains unchanged!

◦ Important Note:
1. Half-syringe treatments have never been available with Elevate Aesthetics Au and will no longer be offered across all other clinics. This aligns with on-label product directions and Ahpra regulations, guaranteeing your safety and efficacy.
2. Any remaining portion of the syringe, if appropriate for your personalized treatment, will be utilized in a suitable area or disposed of responsibly.
