What’s your favourite thing to do in summer?

Real talk: Some days I really don’t feel like going to the gym or training. Some days I feel flat, tired and just blah. That’s ok, it’s ok to feel that way. You need to listen to your body and either do a lighter workout or take a rest day. You won’t lose progress I promise. Just be consistent. Rhi-Ignite 🔥
