When I have a “moment”

She brings me back

A boop, a slinky stretch and a cuddle

Love my little fluffy nugget ♥️🐾

Congratulations Jasmine on being the winner of September’s Draw!
Get to Kenilworth Markets and fill out a Monthly Prize Draw at my stall to be in it for October. I’ll be there from Saturday 17th 🤩

Yay it rained…. for a few minutes

Thunderstorm has been enjoyed for over an hour though

Hopefully more rain to come

After a big Market day

First things first, use the P90+ for 20mins

Stop. Sit. Relax. Look after myself.
Before I unpack the car, before I clean the kitchen and before I do whatever it is to keep up with the house&kids

Cookie joins me to soak up the benefits too 🐾 and hops off when she’s had enough

Such a massive day at the Kenilworth Market today, Thank You to all the amazing Doggies and their Hoomans 🐾♥️🙌

We fully flaked out on the couch this arvo 😆

What an absolute delight! This lil fella melted everyone at the Market 💙 He’ll be enjoying his training so much more with his Hoomans using Liver Loaf as a reward 🙌🐾

Boris stopped by with his lovely Pawrents and little Hooman, had a taste of the delicious Liver Loaf - On Special until Sold Out !! Thank you 🙏 Enjoy your weekend 🐾💚

OMGosh! I just did something crazy!!

And I’m so excited about it!

I used a friend’s machine occasionally and didn’t realise what it was doing, until the last time.

Everyone who knows me knows how I have always struggled with Eczema. Sometimes it’s good, other times it’s pretty bad, I see it as part of my life and just keep managing it.

Well, that last time I made a conscious mental note. The eczema on my ankles was starting to get bad, I could feel it building and I knew I had let things slip.

Within the week my ankles had massively improved, there was little to no irritation - absolutely outstanding!
Now I’m eagerly awaiting the arrival of my machine!
