Today is our final day at Sunshine Nutrition & Co.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you to every single person who walked through our doors, grabbed a smoothie or tea, came to a walk, supported a pop-up, shared a post, or simply cheered us on. Every bit of support meant more than you’ll ever know.

This little shop brought me so many wonderful friendships and memories that I’ll always treasure.

A very special thank you to my husband, Kelly and Holly. ❤️ Thank you for believing in me, showing up, and helping me every step of the way. I truly couldn’t have done it without you.

While this chapter is ending, I’m so grateful for the journey and for everyone who was part of it.

Don’t be sad it’s over, smile because it happened 💛

Bittersweet post 💛

This week is Kelly’s last week with us at Sunshine Nutrition & Co. also and I honestly don’t think I could have gotten through the last 12 months without her.

From the fun times, laughs, chats and chaos behind the scenes, to always showing up and supporting me through the highs and lows of business… I’m so incredibly grateful for you Kel 🫶

Thank you for everything you’ve poured into this little shop and our community. You are so appreciated and will be so missed.

If you’ve loved seeing Kelly in the shop as much as we have, make sure you pop in Wednesday or Thursday to say hi & give her some love before her last shift 💕

After a lot of thought, I’m finally sharing that my last day in the shop will be next Saturday, 23 May 🤍☀️

This little space has been such a huge part of my life - the drinks, the chats, the laughs, the community… and I honestly can’t thank you all enough for the support over this journey.

While this chapter is closing for me, I’m really looking forward to slowing down a little and stepping back into being a full-time mum again 🤍

Come in next Saturday to say hi, grab your favourite drink and help send me off 🥤✨

The shop will then temporarily close from 24–31 May while Holly gets settled into the space before officially taking over from 1 June 💛
