Taylor Swift just turned a film premiere into a piano ballad moment.
The superstar made a surprise appearance at the Toy Story 5 world premiere at the Dolby Theatre in LA, then took the stage for the live debut of her new original song, “I Knew It, I Knew You.”
She wrote and produced it with Jack Antonoff, drawing on Jessie’s story across the films. It is a return to her country roots, and she called it a childhood dream realised.
She also duetted “You’ve Got a Friend in Me” with Randy Newman, because of course she did.
Toy Story 5 lands in cinemas 19 June.
