Consult Collective by Amy Goulding

Ask yourself 💭

Why did you start your business?

Has 2024 helped you achieve that?

What changes will you make in 2025 to stay aligned with your goals and dreams?

I started my business with one goal in mind: FREEDOM. The freedom to be present with my kids while they’re still young—that’s my top priority.

I know what you’re thinking—But how do you balance freedom and financial stability? Can you really have both?

The answer is YES.

Let’s get real for a moment 👇🏼—you need to see the proof, because if I can do it, so can you.

I’ve built my business to work for me, and I’m now paying myself over $120 an hour—all while spending precious time with my kids.

In just 6 weeks (August/September, which are typically slower months), my business brought in over $25,000.

Time is one of our most precious resources. If you feel like your business is stealing all of yours, let’s chat! 👇🏼

Consult Collective is passionate about:

Reducing staff turnover by teaching you how to create a workplace where people feel valued, supported, and motivated to stay.

I will teach you how to personality profile, because every person is unique. A great leader knows how to leverage these differences, helping each individual excel while uniting the team with a shared sense of purpose and passion.

We’re dedicated to teaching you how to craft customer service experiences that go beyond satisfaction to truly impress—building lasting relationships that turn clients into loyal advocates, while driving growth and success for everyone involved.

A leader is one that knows the way, goes the way and shows the way.

What type of leader are you for your team?

Hey Business owners 👋🏻

Are you working for your business or is your business working for you?

When you started your business I’m sure you had big dreams, freedom, money, being your own boss so working on your own terms.

What happened to that? You’re working way more than you would in a normal job, freedom? What freedom? Where is the all that profit? All the money? Constantly overwhelmed, feel like you have 2725 tabs open…. This isn’t what you had planned.

Make 2025 the year you go back to the reason you opened a business, be the leader you dreamt of. Make the business work for YOU,

Consult Collective is launching and we are here to help you take back your freedom and work smarter not harder.

I'm Amy, a busy mum of three, balancing life, work, and the beautiful chaos that comes with it.

I'm passionate about helping other busy entrepreneurs achieve the same success and freedom I enjoy by making my business work for me, rather than the other way around.

I firmly believe in hands-on in-salon team training, and I've witnessed its positive impact on owners and teams—enhancing team culture, improving client retention, and boosting revenue. My training programs are tailored to provide as much or as little support as you need.

Offical launch coming November🔥
