Watch how one movement becomes the next.

The pressure changes. The direction changes. The hands and forearms move somewhere new. But the movement keeps travelling.

That continuity is a big part of Kai Bodyflow. Rather than treating the body as separate areas, the session moves through it as a whole. 🌊

When the pressure finally finds the right spot.

Not more pressure everywhere. The right pressure, in the right place, with enough time for the body to respond.

That’s where it starts to feel different. 🌊

Imagine this after being on your feet all day.

Slow, broad pressure through the legs, giving the body somewhere to put all that weight it’s been carrying.

Sometimes the best part is simply not having to hold yourself up anymore. 🌊

You know exactly how this would feel.

There’s something different about having the weight of your head completely supported while the hands work around the neck and shoulders.

Nothing for you to hold. Nothing for you to do.

Just receive. 🌊

This is where I’d spend a little longer.

Not because every body needs the same thing, but because sometimes you can feel when an area asks for more attention.

So I stay. Listen through my hands. Change the pressure, change the movement, and give the body time to respond.

No rush to move on. 🌊

90 minutes of uninterrupted attention, warm hands and absolutely nowhere else you need to be.

There’s a difference between watching a movement and feeling it.

The warmth of the hands. The weight behind the pressure. The rhythm as one movement becomes another.

Some things just make more sense when your body experiences them. 🌊

Ever wondered what massage looks like from this side?

A little glimpse through my eyes while I work.

From here, I’m not thinking about completing a sequence or moving from one body part to the next. I’m paying attention to how the body responds, where the movement wants to continue, and how one touch can naturally lead into another.

This time, you get my view. 🌊

What does 120 minutes of Kai Bodyflow actually feel like?

Slow, flowing full-body work. Long connected movements, changing rhythms, and enough time to settle into the experience.

23 seconds can show you the movement.
120 minutes lets you experience the flow. 🌊

Sessions from my private studio in Marrickville.

Ever had your hair pulled during a massage?

It might look unexpected, but working with the scalp and hair can become another way of bringing movement and attention through the head, neck and shoulders.

For me, bodywork doesn’t have to stop neatly at the edge of each body part. Sometimes the movements that feel most interesting are the ones you weren’t expecting.

And yes, I know how that first sentence sounds. 😏
