**Nail Appointment Cancellation Policy**

At Beautyaddict, we strive to provide the best service possible to all our clients. Our cancellation policy is designed to protect the business and ensure that all clients receive the attention they deserve.

1. **Cancellation Notice**: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be on our waiting list.

2. **Late Cancellations**: If an appointment is canceled within less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply. This fee compensates for the time that could have been allocated to another client.

3. **No-Shows**: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged the full amount of the service booked.

4. **Late Arrivals**: Arriving more than 15 minutes late to an appointment may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule, along with a potential late fee. We aim to respect all our clients' time and maintain our schedule.

5. **Emergency Situations**: We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will handle each case with consideration.
