NailsbyCarmel was established in late 2011 by myself, Carmel Pignataro. As a mother of 3 with a very hectic life,i felt it was time I did something I love! For me, being a professional nail artist gives me the creative outlet I have always wanted! I currently work from home in Wandin North,VIC and at Lincoln hair studio.
