In a session of 90 minutes we work together on your harmony and balance. I learned these skills from a shaman from Cusco Peru.
With Chumpi stones, affirmations and a meditation I guide you to your inner peace. I’m also available for: classes, presentations, workshops, coaching, retreats. I also received many initiations from him. Since then, I have had good experiences with the people who have come to me. I use the Andine Cosmology and the Inca's transferred knowledge of chakras, to first read the position of your chakras. Then, while you are relaxing on the massage table, the chakras are opened, cleaned, and recharged with the help of the Chumpis and a guided meditation. Finally, we discuss the position of your chakras, the possible causes of an imbalance and the actions you could take to restore the balance in your body, your mind, and your life. Furthermore, if needed, we can prolong the first chakra session with a coaching to work deeper on each chakra and to help you reach your goals. We have then a weekly appointment of 90 minutes to speak, do some exercises, or some meditation and work on the areas that need the most attention.
