We welcomed doctors, menopause consultants and women’s health professionals to the HerBalance Inspiration Day at Les Cabanes d'Ostende, for an inspiring day focused on supporting women through the different stages of life.

This exclusive event for professionals was fully booked from the start, bringing everyone together for meaningful conversations, knowledge sharing, and connection while enjoying a healthy lunch prepared by Lorre.

Thank you to our guest speakers and to everyone who joined us, shared their expertise, and helped make the HerBalance Inspiration Day such a valuable exchange.

Across three expert sessions, we explored the role of phytotherapy and evidence-based supplementation, strength and movement, and mentoring during hormonal transitions.

✅ Dr. Pharm. Ciska Wyns, pharmacist, PhD in phytotherapy and Head of R&D at KeyPharm, shared insights into phytotherapy and nutritional supplementation during the (peri)menopause, including the role of science-backed natural solutions.

✅ Sabine De Leeuw, sports physiotherapist, manual therapist, founder of FysioLab and author of (Peri)menopauze, so what?!, highlighted why strength training and movement deserve a central place in supporting women through menopause.

✅ Katrien Favere, stress and trauma expert, menopause consultant and mentor, explored mentoring during hormonal transitions and the role of resilience, confidence, and sustainable behavioural change.

The day also offered the opportunity to discover HerBalance – Female Essentials, our new product line developed for women navigating hormonal transitions, and the thinking behind its development.

It was a day about sharing knowledge, connecting disciplines, and strengthening the way we support women through transitions 🩷

Every now and then, stepping away from the daily routine creates space for something just as valuable: stronger connections.

Recently, we boarded the bus and left the office behind for a team day at Oesterdam.

From a competitive paintball challenge that brought out plenty of team spirit to a relaxing e-chopper ride through the beautiful surroundings of National Park Oosterschelde and the Zoommeer, it was the perfect balance of action, nature, and good company.

We wrapped up the day around the table, sharing stories, catching up, and enjoying plenty of laughs.

Looking forward to many more moments of teamwork, laughter, and shared ambition.

Before heading into the summer break, our team came together to catch up and enjoy a simple moment of connection before everyone heads off to recharge.

This month marks the first anniversary of The Green Athlete - sports nutrition.

We celebrated this milestone by bringing our TGA crew together for a dedicated Ambassador Day. A day filled with stories, insights, fun, and the kind of community spirit that makes sport so powerful.

What started as a vision for cleaner, science-based sports nutrition has grown into a community of professional athletes, dedicated sports enthusiasts, and health-conscious performers who share the same mindset: striving for better performance without compromising on ingredient quality.

Different sports. Different journeys. One shared mindset.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of the journey so far. Seeing this community grow over the past year has been inspiring.

Where does a company’s impact go beyond its products?

At KeyPharm, it’s shaped by the decisions made every day, from sourcing and partnerships to the initiatives we choose to stand behind.

Since 2026, our team has been receiving every quarter a Waste Warriors food box. An initiative that tackles food waste by rescuing surplus and imperfect harvests directly from the food chain, working with local producers to give surplus harvests a second life as shelf-stable food products while ensuring farmers receive a fair price.
