Ashtanga is the "climax"
You know the feeling when you reach the peak of a mountain_at first there is some fear or apprehension, then awe, then delight. This is the Ashtanga experience! I have been teaching yoga for 18 years, after a lifetime practice for more than 40 years; founder of a "Yoga & Meditation Center" in a very cosmopolitan community _outside the US_ I have attracted a lot of my students into Ashtanga classes and many converted from other styles or mixed styles to maximize benefits as I explained to them. I myself taught different styles but Ashtanga remained my favorite after so many years. When I practice alone this is my pick, but I have to say that I like it b'cause it suits my character. Ashtanga is not for everybody and therefore as a teacher I do not recommend it to any practitioner before knowing more about their personality type. So, as lovely and beneficial as it may seem to some it may not be suitable to others. But to me Ashtanga was the icing on the cake in my personal experience...

Okay! I am starting this CLUB for the love of "YOGA"; I intend hereby to connect with everyone who shares this love with me trying to be useful if I can be ......... This is specially targeting my beloved students (previously or still with Saudi ARAMCO)......... and also anyone around Bahrain who is interested in connecting with me.
