- Access to 1 electrical outlet and bathroom needed.
- Keep pets and kids in a separate area during treatment.

- Kindly share any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or pregnancy before we start.
- Come freshly showered and avoid heavy meals 1 hour before.
- Feeling unwell? Let’s reschedule — no penalty.

- Phones on silent so we can keep it relaxing.
- You’re always professionally draped. Tell us about pressure, music, or temperature anytime.
