The LIFE System is a frequency device used to support stress reduction and relaxation. Sessions offer a gentle opportunity to pause, unwind, and explore an additional approach to your well-being.

Who is it for?
If you’ve been feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or simply curious about frequency-based wellness, this is an invitation to experience a session for yourself. Individual experiences vary.

Over 10 weeks, we’ll explore the beliefs and patterns that shape our choices, practise boundaries, focus on what we can control, and build small habits that support the lives we want to create.

Each week includes conversation, guided exercises, journal reflections, and something to practise in everyday life—tools you can return to when another area of your life asks for change.

You can participate without having all the answers.

I’m Kathleen Haase, a Registered Social Worker with a Bachelor of Social Work, experience supporting children, youth and families, and a background in Montessori education and energy wellness.

At Harmonic Wellness Centre, I offer generalist, non-clinical social work: a place to talk through life’s pressures, identify areas of stress, notice patterns and reconnect with your strengths. I welcome the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual parts of your experience, according to what matters to you.

We begin with a conversation. Together, we explore what support feels right.
