What is reflexology?⬇️
Reflexology is a therapeutic practice using pressure points on the feet, corresponding to other body parts, promoting relaxation, improved circulation, and the body's natural healing by clearing energy blockages for overall balance and well-being.
Promotes deep relaxation, stress reduction, and pain relief.
Improves circulation, nerve function, energy, supports systems for digestion, immunity, hormone balance and helps with fertility.
It also helps with headaches, depression and anxiety, sleep, fatigue, and helps with the effects of cancer.
