I’m incredibly grateful for all the love and support from each of you, and most importantly, grateful to God for blessing me with a passion for something that allows me to make people’s day a little better.

I truly love what I do.

A haircut can change the way you carry yourself throughout the day. The confidence a great cut can give someone is something I find truly beautiful.

Maybe. But like anything in life, if you don’t have a genuine passion for something, it’s difficult to understand what it means to someone who does.

My vision for Salvo Society is to build a brand that uses barbering to create an impact beyond simply helping clients feel good about how they look.

While I’m passionate about the skill, craftsmanship, and intricacies of providing a high-quality service, what truly drives me is the positive impact this profession allows me to have on others.

As men, we’re often taught to carry the weight of life on our own and keep our struggles to ourselves. My goal is for Salvo Society to become a community where people feel comfortable being themselves, having real conversations, and knowing they don’t have to carry everything alone.

I want to thank God for His guidance and faithfulness throughout this journey. I also want to sincerely thank my friends, family, mentors, clients, and everyone who has supported me along the way.

Whether you’ve sat in my chair, liked a post, left a comment, shared my work, or sent a message of encouragement, your support has meant more than you know. I truly wouldn’t be here without you.

So… this is something I was always hesitant to do.

With some big changes happening in my life and a new approach to how I want to represent myself, I’ve decided to start sharing a journey I’ve wanted to share for a while. For years, I spent too much time overthinking what people might think or say.

I know some people will say, “It’s just barbering, it’s not that deep.”

Maybe to them it isn’t.

But this is my journey, my story, and why—to me—it is that deep.
