Can we normalize just posting one photo again?? I’m tired af lol lol 💜
Last November I took a trip out to Abbotsford to become certified by which was a jam packed two day intensive training that really opened my eyes into this world.
However I felt that I needed more training on the hand tied weft as I think it’s the most important skill in extensions to understand.
A big shout out to for providing me hands on training. I feel much more comfortable doing this method now.
The relief is real! 🙏 Maybe a certain TV show is because of this?

There are good days and not so good days but I can tell you with certainty that the days I’m thankful for look like this. Intentional dressing, interaction with humans, painting hair and canvases, and other feel good activities.
