Creamy, tangy, refreshing & SO easy to make ๐ Perfect for sweet cravings, fat loss goals, post-workout snacks, or a healthier dessert option!
๐ Ingredients:
โข 200 g low-fat cottage cheese (1 cup)
โข Juice of 1/2 lemon (15 ml)
โข Zest of 1 lemon
โข 1 tbsp honey or sweetener of choice
โข 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
โข Pinch of salt
โข 1 tbsp crushed graham crackers

Me realizing lifting weights is actually one of the BEST things for fat loss, metabolism, energy, confidence AND aging well ๐๐ฅ

โจ Full body workouts are GREAT for beginners
โจ You donโt need to destroy one muscle group a day to get results

All you do is:
๐ง Make little circles of mozzarella + parmesan on parchment paper
๐ง Add garlic, Italian herbs & your fave Caesar seasonings
๐ Layer on cooked chicken breast chunks
๐ง Top with a little more cheese
๐ฅ Bake until melted and golden
โ ๏ธ IMPORTANT: Let them cool COMPLETELY before lifting them or they wonโt crisp into taco shells!

Today I tried the Peanut Butter Crunch protein donut from Dabble and WOW. Absolutely delicious ๐คค Crunchy, chewy, fudgyโฆ literally all the right textures and flavours.
โจ 14g protein per donut
โจ Only 5g sugar
โจ Gluten-free
โจ Made in Canada ๐จ๐ฆ
โจ 12g fat (great if youโre working on higher fat/macros or keto-friendly options!)
The sweetness comes from ingredients like apples + stevia ๐ฑ instead of being overloaded with sugar, and the ingredients are honestly pretty impressive compared to a lot of โhealthy dessertsโ out there. Some flavours even include things like Greek yogurt, whey protein, and apple cider vinegar.
