Tuck handstand progression 🤸
The side by side really shows the difference in one month of my tuck handstand.
Somewhere between work, pole dance, tennis, yoga teaching I am also squeezing in 1-2 training sessions a week specifically for my handstand. It’s coming along soooo well 🙌🙏💪
Why do I love to practice Rocket Yoga?🚀
Because of the community! 🧑🚀👩🚀👨🚀
We sweat together, breathe together, move together; we share energy, share joy, share challenges and also share our triumphs 💪
There is something so beautiful about sharing space and practicing yoga with others, it just fills up my cup to see how connections form so organically in every practice.
My perfect day includes just hanging out on my mat for hours at a time. Is that possible?
