When the head is brought forward and the neck bends, the weight on the cervical spine increases.
We've got good news: you can help prevent pain associated with screen use by doing these 5 things:
1. Hold your device at eye level as much as possible.
2. Take frequent breaks from your phone/laptop
3. Set a timer and walk around every 30 mins
4. Sit square to your work screen
5. Avoid looking down for extended periods of time.
