Your business may look successful and still no longer feel aligned.
The opportunities may be coming.
The clients may be saying yes.
The work may be growing.
But underneath it all, you may be wondering:
Is this actually the life I wanted to create?
I’m excited to be part of the High Vibe Leaders Experience Lab on September 4th.
This month’s theme is:
✨ Soul-Aligned Business ✨
Aligned Income + Aligned Life
This experience is for leaders who want to create meaningful income without sacrificing their energy, values, relationships, health, or freedom.
Maybe your business has become too complicated.
Maybe you are doing too many things that no longer feel like yours.
Maybe you want to grow, but not at the cost of greater pressure.
Maybe you are ready to build a business that supports your life instead of consuming it.
Inside the Experience Lab, you’ll experience:
✨ High Vibe Leader interviews
✨ Experiential Brilliance Labs
✨ A powerful panel conversation
✨ Connection and collaboration breakouts
✨ Archetype teaching with Michelle Abraham
✨ A mission moment supporting Girls Matter
You’ll leave with greater clarity around what alignment means for you, where your current model may be creating friction, and what your next level of income and lifestyle could look like.
I’ll be joining as a panelist, and I would love to see you there.

Your business should not only look successful.
It should feel aligned with the life you are here to live.
What if joy isn’t something we need to chase?
What if joy is something we circulate?
We have arrived at the final episode of Emotions & Healing, and I’m joined once again by Kate Montgomery, HHP, ND, and Denise Cambiotti, HCD, CIH BioEW, as we return to the Fire Element to explore the Circulation S*x and Triple Warmer meridians.
This conversation is about the rhythm of life—how we circulate energy, regulate stress, sustain vitality, and remain connected with joy, passion, and purpose.
When stress becomes our normal, we may not even realize how much has changed.
Are we tired—or depleted?
Are we moving with vitality—or simply getting through the day?
Has joy disappeared—or has it become hidden beneath stress, fatigue, and the demands of life?
Through Touch for Health® and BioEnergetic Wellness, Kate and Denise help us explore circulation, glandular balance, movement, stress responses, “masked pain,” and the muscle relationships supporting our hips, knees, ankles, grounding, and propulsion.
And, of course, we begin with Tea with Intentions.
Our final tea experience combines Liberty Wine and Power Pack from the Cape Breton Tea Company.
Sea Holly brings the spiritual essence of strength and resilience.
Cardamom brings warmth and activation, inviting joy and openness.
Together, they remind us that activation doesn’t have to mean burnout. We can cultivate sustained vitality and joy.
Our affirmation:
“The Fire Element supports processing, clearing, and enhancing the most important aspects of joyful living.”
Reflection of the Week:
Where does joy flow freely in your life?
Where has it become muted?
What might help you begin circulating more of it?
As we complete this series, I invite you to revisit the episodes that spoke most strongly to you and choose one simple tool to bring into your daily life.
This may be our final episode, but perhaps it is really a beginning—a beginning of deeper awareness, empowered self-care, and listening differently to the wisdom of your body and emotions.
Thank you for taking this journey with Kate, Denise, and me.
May you continue to listen deeply, move with intention, and live well.
What if your best performance starts with a single deep breath?
Before a presentation, stepping on stage, running a race, or facing any high-pressure moment, tension can build in the body. In this clip from Be Well with Dr. Michelle Greenwell, discover why breathing, relaxing your shoulders, and keeping energy flowing throughout the body can support performance, movement, focus, and recovery.
Sometimes the key isn't pushing harder—it's releasing the tension that holds you back.
Take a deep breath. Relax your shoulders. Do a few shoulder rolls. Then step forward.
This conversation is part of S6 E20, Emotions and Healing: From Anger to Inspiration, exploring how emotions, energy, movement, and the body are connected.
Tune in and check out the full episode on YouTube and major podcast platforms.

What if anger isn’t the problem?
What if it is information telling us that something is blocked, misaligned, or ready to change?
In Episode 6 of Emotions & Healing, I’m joined by Kate Montgomery, HHP, ND, and Denise Cambiotti, HCD, CIH BioEW, to explore the Wood Element and the Liver and Gall Bladder meridians.
Wood is about growth, vision, planning, decision-making and forward movement.
When balanced, we can feel clear, decisive, motivated and flexible. When challenged, we may experience anger, resentment, frustration, impulsiveness, indecision—or the feeling that we simply can’t move forward.
This conversation asks us to become curious:
Where am I pushing too hard?
Where am I feeling stuck?
What might my frustration be trying to tell me?
And how could that energy be redirected into purposeful action?
Our Tea with Intentions is Releasing the Warrior from the Cape Breton Tea Company.
Dandelion brings the spiritual essence of resilience and release, while Juniper Berry offers protection and clarity—helping us refine our direction and move forward with intention.
Together, they remind us:
Strength is not about force. It is about clarity, direction and release.
Reflection of the Week:
Where in your life might you need to soften, redirect or release so that you can move forward differently?
The Wood Element offers us a powerful possibility:
Frustration into movement.
Resentment into clarity.
Anger into purposeful direction.
Listen to Episode 6 of Emotions & Healing and continue exploring how understanding our emotions can give us practical tools for living well.
