Today is National Reflexology day in Canada and I am so proud - not only to be a Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist but to also be part of this holistic wellness movement in North America.💚🦶

🌟While “western medicine” is absolutely necessary , we often neglect to take care of ourselves until after an illness arises or a chronic condition gets worse - putting more “traditional” holistic practices on the back burner. I truly believe we hold a lot of our own healing power and pro-actively receiving treatments from practitioners like myself, can help to prevent ailment and maintain wellness.

Part of my inspiration for pursuing my career as a reflexologist is my deeply rooted want to make a positive impact by helping people help themselves.🫶
