New guest 14 years old had been bleaching her hair herself on a weekly basis and putting rainbow colours in it and then box colour red on top so the goal today was to balance out her base colour and leave the highlights that she lightened no bleach was going on her hair at all until it’s healthier we did a trim and she was very, very happy with the outcome a lot more natural looking now very soft very shiny

Every night before bed I’ve been walking as long as my feet will let me , some days it’s 3km others it’s 5 or even 8km . I walk up hill to burn more calories n not flatten my b***y lol
