Heart To Earth

This year, we decided to offer something different. More personal, infused in presence and embodiment.

We combined Roots & Rituals : Cacao Kinship and Sacred Roots retreat into one complete program where depth and lived experiences can meet.

The question of belonging, culture, and the prophetic time of reunification that we are in are themes I have been contemplating for some time. I have lived across 4 continents with that question: what makes us all related? We often time view the “other” as an opposite, finding what's making us different, comparing each other, because of our own self-doubt about the place we have in this world, leaving an empty space for belonging and kinship to arise. What about if we would simply contemplate on: what actually makes us the same? What brings us together? What my heart longs for?

Cultures. Are they simply something we were born in, or do we actually have the power to shape the cultures we live in? In Western cultures where individualism, competition, colonization have been the recent legacy of what was left from the past, there is a deep longing to realign our cultures with our deepest longing. Meanwhile, new proposition, New Age Cukture and its demonization keeps us in a loop of feeling lost, and not belonging to anything. What about we come back to our origin. Where we are from? The land that supports us. Our spiritual values. What we want to experience in this lifetime. What values and principles would support peace and belonging? And shape our culture with the power of our will to transmute and transform into a refinement of what it means to be human, belonging to Earth. What about ancient and innovation coming as one. Nothing to deny nor demonize. Yet, what do we want to create as sovereign beings?

Is rejection of the ancient or the new simply a mask that speaks of our confusion of who we are and the emergence reflecting that fragility?

Heart to Earth was born from a deep desire to create community and reweave a kinship worldview so humanity can remember its belonging to life. We aspire to inspire people to move from feeling like strangers to knowing their inner gifts and sharing them with the world. We are medicine for each other, and when we transmute projection into understanding of our individual mission for the greater collective well-being, we align ourselves to peace, love, harmony, justice, and beauty.

In the next months, we want to dive deeper into these conversations and open space for Heart to Earth to grow into a community of stewards, a global web of many webs that weaves the same textile, with all the colours and flavours of the Earth.

Heart to Earth is expanding this question to you: what makes you feel like you belong? What kind of community, collective, do you deeply desire to be part of?

Together, we walk each others home

WE BROUGHT GUATEMAYA TO MY HOMELAND🌻

Since I have started this work, it always been about giving back the recognition to the people and land who held cacao for thousands of years. Cacao became a trend quickly in the spiritual wellness scene and it was my responsibility to become the bridge for the West to know her in her truth and depth.

Gratitude to LUCIANA 🌻 for the invitation to bridge those worlds and bring cacao in the light of the flower of her roots at SUNFLOWER GARDEN 🌻 SFG.

Gratitude to Nana Aura, sister, Ajq’ij and medicine woman who walk the path of her ancestors, carrying for the fire and the mysteries of her lineage that are revealed only for those who allow it to shift and forged the path 🦋

More to come, more to experience, more to weave.

May the medicine of the sunflower brings you closer to the truth of your light 🌻

Without thinking, what mantras, words, thoughts come naturally out of your mouth?
Thoughts create our behavior and ultimately reflect our worldview.
Treat your mind as an altar.
Feed your soul with prayer.
Become the bridge between imagination and reality.

Because you are all that is. May we become 🦋✨
