In this space everything goes, I mean everything! I get it, being a new mom to your new human is a wild journey, I’ve been there and am here for it.

A few things to expect:
🌻breath work to nourish the nervous system and reconnect with the pelvic floor
🌻gentle stretching — accessible for people who haven’t practiced yoga before.
🌻gentle whole body activation
🌻 mindful movement
🌻 communiTEA to connect with other parents in the space and for your tiny human to connect as well.
🌻 conversation centering around staying connected
🌻a space where you can be silly and engage with your little. I’m also there to provide support!
🌻space to modify poses and find what feels good in your body.
