For all the years I dissed on my body for what it didn’t look like…it’s about time I celebrate it for all it allows me to experience and do!!
Today I am celebrating my longest distance swim ever!
(…and I could have easily kept going…)
My body absolutely rocked it!
I am so damn proud of it!
I’m unlocking all of my body’s abilities and wonders by finally being kind and appreciative to it.
Imagine what else it could do?!
