✨ A little behind the scenes of how I prepare before your session… ✨

People often ask how I get ready before clients arrive, so here’s a glimpse into my personal ritual.

🙌🏻 Preparing the massage table
🧘‍♀️ Gentle stretches or a few Qigong movements to get my energy flowing
🌬️ A few intentional breaths and a quick chakra meditation, visualizing each energy center opening
🔥 Cleansing myself, the room, and my singing bowls with palo santo or sage
🌎 Taking a moment to ground, be present, and set the intention to show up fully for whoever is walking through my door.

Do I do every single one of these things before every session? No. Life happens, and every day looks a little different.

But I always make time to cleanse the space, take a few deep breaths, and intentionally open my energy before I begin.

I’m not striving for perfection—I’m striving for consistency. 💛

These little rituals help me transition from the busyness of everyday life into a calm, grounded space where I can be fully present for you.
