Tooth gems typically last a few months to a few years, but it does ultimately vary person to person!

Your eating habits, oral hygiene, lifestyle, enamel, gem choice, placement, and things you don't really think about doing every day all play a role in how long your gems last.

Some people have the perfect environment for long term retention no problem, and others do best with lower maintenance gems (like simpler, smaller designs) or different placements.

Most of my clients rock their gems and switch them up every year or two, but gold pieces and even crystals can go strong for several years 🤍💎✨️
