Today is my dad’s birthday. Happy Birthday, Dad🎂🎉

I’m thinking about the time we spent together in Mauritius. It was truly special quality family time 🧑‍🧑‍🧒💫

It felt really harmonious: we had those delicious family breakfasts, a bit of structure and discipline, but also space to just be. I went to Mauritius to meet my family, but at the same time I set an intention to have my own time too. It was my birthday month, my time🔮🌟♒️

And it actually worked out that way! We were together, but I still felt independent. There was a balance, and it felt easy and comfortable 💆🏼‍♀️⚖️☺️

Every year it’s different. It’s always interesting to see how you grow, and how other people change too. Can’t wait to see my family again next year💛

We often judge others through our own lens, our preferences, our style, our expectations. And when they don’t match, we get upset or try to gently influence them to behave the way we want🙃

But the truth is: people are who they are💛

Let’s say you’re used to a certain communication style or a certain behaviour, and the other person doesn’t meet your expectations, even after you’ve explained clearly and multiple times what you prefer🤷‍♀️

Rather then pressuring them or being upset (your feelings are absolutely valid if you feel upset!), consider the possibility that they may never change. Ask yourself honestly: Can I accept them as they are? Can I stay in this connection and still feel okay?

Once you sit with that question, you may naturally adjust your expectations and let go of the idea that they’ll ever be exactly how you want them to be. Notice how you feel when you release that expectation. There’s a big difference between being upset and truly letting go. Real surrender takes time, sometimes days or even weeks, so be gentle with yourself. As you detach from the outcome and focus on your own well-being, observe what happens💫

In some of my own experiences, once I released pressure and stopped the push-and-pull, the other person finally had the space to show up exactly the way I’d hoped. And in other cases, letting go showed me that the relationship needed to change form, and even maybe becoming less close💔

A relationship is two people, two sides of one coin. You only own your 50%. Sometimes stepping back, giving space, and focusing on what you can control creates more magic in the connection than any amount of pushing ever could🙌

As a woman, I love observing other women I interact with and noticing what emotions come up in me💃🌟

The truth is, women around us reflect all different parts of us: beautiful, ugly, smart, silly, wise, stupid, healthy eaters, junk food lovers, etc. Resisting / hating a particular woman means you push away a part of yourself, therefore hating yourself☝️

When those uncomfortable emotions show up, don’t rush to reject her; she’s not your enemy✋ Take a moment to pause, maybe she’s revealing something important. Ask yourself: Is this something I secretly believe about myself? Or something I’ve hidden away in my shadow side❓🔮

Once you unlock that insight, there’s a good chance the resistance or dislike will soften and maybe even disappear🤗💫

About a month ago, in August, it was 11 years since I came to Canada and surprisingly fell in love with it🇨🇦🥰

I often share how cool it is, how amazing it feels, the people I’ve met, the adventures I’ve had. And the culture of course🍁

My mind has shifted so much over these years. My abilities, skills, and talents have grown🔮🪄

Since I was a little girl, I always dreamed of living abroad 🗺️ I never thought it would be North America. I always imagined Europe, especially Germany 🇩🇪 or Switzerland🇨🇭 I even learned German because I wanted to study and live there. I still speak it, though not as well as before☺️

When I first came to Canada, I had almost no expectations. But this country blew my mind🙀 it turned out to be so much more than I could have ever imagined🤩🫶

One of my dreams here was to go camping⛺️ As a teenager in Russia, I camped a lot, but in Canada, it just never happened until this year🥰

I celebrated my 11th anniversary in Canada at a campsite with my closest friends👯🏕️It was so special to finally do this on such a meaningful day! 🇨🇦

I’m so grateful for all the people I’ve met here who have made a difference in my life: in my thoughts, my choices (good and bad), and in the way I see the world. And I’m excited to see what else this beautiful land has in store for me🎁

And thank you to everyone who is still reading this post :) Whether we met in person or online, either you’re friends, family, clients, followers or even random strangers, you are all part of my journey🫶 If you’re here, it means we share something in common, something that connects us in this big pool of energy💫

I’m grateful for each and every one of you—for being part of my life, whether real or digital. But digital is also real now because, after all, it’s all about energy🌟

Love to you all💛
Here’s to many more happy, exciting, and amazing years in this country called Canada🥂

If you’re upset with the weather like me, you’ll get this🫶 I kept wondering: why is it so cold? It shouldn’t be this chilly, last year it definitely wasn’t. I even went back to check the weather just to be sure, and yes, it was warmer☀️🌡️

So I started protesting in my head. My mood dropped, my energy was low, and I felt sad. I realized I was putting so much thought and energy into the weather talking about it, thinking about it that it shifted my whole state into a negative one🥴

This morning I suddenly thought: wait, what’s going on?✋The weather is just the weather. Yes, it does affect us as human beings and it’s normal, because fall🍁 is slowly coming. But I also realized it only affects me as much as I let it💫

So I decided to take my power back. Instead of seeing the season change as something being taken away from me, I chose to see it as support. The colder days are not stealing my energy, they’re helping me turn inward, focus on myself, and cocoon my energy for growth⚡️💗

And the shift was immediate. My mood lifted, my inner state felt lighter, and people even started reaching out to me. I felt free, as if I had transformed what seemed like a loss into a win🥇

This was just one example of how a single thing in life can either drain us or become a resource. It all depends on the perspective we choose🫣🤗

The end of July and August is a time when sexual energy is naturally at its peak🔥

It’s part of nature, animals, plants, and people we all are in this boat together.

You might notice more desire, attraction, or physical energy💃💫 more encounters and approaches in the street are possible 😉

But it’s not just about sex❤️‍🔥🫦
Sexual energy is also the energy of creation, it’s deeply connected to creativity, confidence, and even money 🧑‍🎨💰

When this energy flows freely, you might feel more inspired, motivated, and open to new opportunities🌟

Listen to your body🧘‍♀️
Use this time to channel that energy into what excites you 🔥💡🎯

You’re NOT responsible for other people’s emotions🙅‍♀️ And here’s why:

1️⃣ Each person comes into this life to have their own unique experience🌟💫 Even negative emotions are part of that journey — they’re meant to be felt. I’m not the source of someone’s emotions; they would likely experience them regardless🙌

2️⃣ While we all seek joy, happiness, and pleasure, it’s impossible to truly appreciate those feelings without also knowing sadness😢 That’s part of the full human experience. Through interactions with us, others can go through a wide range of emotions — and that, in itself, is meaningful🌈🤗

3️⃣ Even if it feels like we can influence how others feel, the truth is, everyone has their own process🔮 Just because we’re in a good place doesn’t mean others will change their way of being. At the core, we’re all different — and that’s okay🫶
