Since the spa is homebased, there are a couple of things that can be helpful to know before your appointment:

🚗 Parking: Please park on the boulevard infront of the house, rather than on the road.

⛓️ If the chain + sign are up: Please do not remove the chain or come back into the spa. Please double-check that you have the correct date and time for your appointment. If you believe you do, please call the spa to confirm.

🚪 When to come in: If the OPEN sign is out, you're welcome to come in for your appointment. 🤫 If the DO NOT DISTURB sign is out: Please wait (either on the deck or in your vehicle) until the sign is changed. This simply means I’m still with another client or sanitizing. I should be ready for you 5mins prior to your appointment time.

Should you need to reach the spa please call (leave a voicemail) or email and you will be responded to during the spas operating hours. Online Booking is available 24/7 and you can book, reschedule and cancel (up to 24hrs prior to your scheduled service). As a one - woman show, I handle every aspect of the business personally and appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving you! The spa is strictly by appointment only, so please do not stop by without a scheduled appointment, as I am assisting another client and unable to accommodate walk-ins.
