Bailey Bailey Neto is one of the owners of SHAMPOO SOCIETY SALON and an absolute visionary.
For years she has been pouring into others. She’s always the first to offer help on the floor when we need it. She literally never stops cleaning. She rearranges and upgrades the salon like HGTV is about the visit. She also never shies away from a challenge or a good brainstorm session.
She loves systems, strategies and scaling. We are so excited for her to step into this season after building this thriving business from scratch with Sophie Brindamour

Brooklyn is officially a Full-Time Stylist
We’re so excited to celebrate a huge milestone for Brooklyn.
Brooklyn’s journey with Shampoo Society began in 2024 as an OYAP student, making her one of our very first hires.
Since then, we’ve had the privilege of watching her grow from student, to Emerging Stylist, and now officially into her next chapter as a Full-Time Stylist.
Her dedication to her craft, her growth behind the chair, and most importantly, the experience she creates for every guest have been incredible to watch. And clearly, you guys love her just as much as we do Brooklyn was 82% booked last quarter, making her one of our top-booked stylists. g
Brooklyn, you’ve worked for this. We are SO proud of you and cannot wait to see where this next chapter takes you.
