After years of building a successful career in radio and television, Terri realized that true transformation doesn’t happen by simply looking like everything is okay on the outside. It begins with the courage to heal from within.

Her own journey of personal growth led her to explore the incredible connection between the subconscious mind and lasting change. Through hypnosis, EFT tapping, breathwork, and neuroscience-informed practices, she now helps others release limiting beliefs, move through emotional blocks, and reconnect with the life they truly want to live.

Terri believes that we are not defined by our past or the stories we’ve carried for years. With the right support, those stories can be rewritten, creating space for greater confidence, peace, and possibility.
