Delicious Thai red curry prawns and wild rice.
Put cut capsicum and prawns in an oiled pan, sautee til cooked, add 1TSP Thai curry paste and thin with 1cup stock or water. Add handful of chopped spinach, handful of fresh coriander and heat til wilted. Remove from heat, serve over rice and squeeze fresh lime juice over everything before serving.

Found these on special at Prime foods… beetroot burger patties, excellent alternative to meat!
Cooked in the air fryer for 12 mins, served with sliced tomato, mixed fresh herbs, a spoonful of cottage cheese and capers, delicious, high protein, high fibre and loaded with good vitamins and minerals ❤️

Slow cooked boneless lamb with fresh herb and sprouts salad.
Place lamb in a crockpot, add 2TBSP vinegar, half a cup of water, fresh mint and sprinkle with garlic and herb seasoning. Cook on Auto for at least 5 hours. Serve with fresh salad and Greek yoghurt and garlic dressing.

5-7 Table tennis formal training
Saturday: 8-9 Cardio and strength training at the gym
Sunday: 12-2 Tabletennis doubles training
To date: Down 4.5kg
Fitness well up
Muscle condition improved
All after only 3 weeks 😃

Simple dinner, chopped chicken breast, stir fried with ginger, soy sauce, capsicum, once cooked stir through baby spinach leaves, topped with parsley and a handful of sprouts.
