Why your skincare routine isn't working
“Your skincare products may not be the problem. Your routine might be.”
Using too many products, changing products constantly, skipping sunscreen, or not giving products enough time can prevent you from seeing consistent results. Healthy skin usually responds better to a simple, consistent routine.
“What is the one skincare product you never skip? Tell me below.”

You got a positive ovulætion test. So why didn't you get pregnant?
Because an ovulætion test and a pregnancy test are telling you two very different things.
A positive ovulætion test usually detects an LH surge, which often happens before ovulætion.
It does not guarantee that fertilization will happen.
Even when ovulætion occurs at the right time, c0nception depends on several factors involving both partners.
So don't beat yourself up over one negative cycle.
Your body isn't failing you because pregnancy didn't happen this month.

“I ONLY USE SUNSCREEN WHEN I’M GOING TO THE BEACH.”
This is one skincare habit worth reconsidering.
Daily sun protection helps reduce UV-related skin damage and can help protect the progress you are making with your skincare routine.
You can spend money on serums, creams and treatments...
But if you constantly expose your skin to UV radiation without protection, you are working against your routine.
Make sunscreen a daily habit, especially when you will be exposed to sunlight.
Skincare is not only about treating your skin.
It is also about protecting it.
Do you remember your sunscreen every morning?

FERTILIZATION: WHERE DOES IT ACTUALLY HAPPEN?
Here’s something every woman trying to c0nceive should know:
Fertilization usually happens in the fallopian tube, specifically in the ampulla, not inside the ut£rus.
After ovulætion ation, the egg travels into the fællopian tube. If healthy spßrm are present, one spßrm may fertilize the egg and form an embr¥o.
The embryo then travels toward the ut£rus, where impl@ntation can occur.
So remember the journey:
Ovulætion → Fertilization in the fællopian tube → Embr¥o travels to the ut€rus → Impl@ntation
Your body is doing something extraordinary every cycle.
If you're TTC, understanding what happens inside your body can help you understand your fertile window and time int€rcourse better.

Ovulætion vs Fertile Window
Ovulætion is not the same as your fertile window.
Ovulætion is the moment your oværy releases an egg. The fertile window is the few days around ovulætion when pregnancy is most likely.
Why? Spßrm can survive in the reproductive tract for several days, while the egg usually remains viable for only about 12 to 24 hours after ovulætion.
So if you're trying to c0nceive, don't wait until the day of ovulætion alone. Having secs during the days leading up to ovulætion can improve your chances.
Know your fertile days. Time matters.
