Moral lesson:

So yesterday, after work, I went to make an inquiry not for me, but for my customer. She needed something I don’t sell, but as a business owner, I believe in going the extra mile. So I reached out to a vendor to get details for her. Tell me why the response I got was cold, dry, and honestly, just plain rude.

From her response, I felt like she knew me from somewhere or I had once offended her. And it got me thinking: sometimes, we forget that every inquiry is a human being on the other side, not just “another message.”
