Do carbs really cause weight gain… or is that just what we’ve been told? 🍚

Noddles where never ment to be unhealthy.

They started in China over 4000years ago..
Just flour + water.

Then they became a staple in Japan but look closely...

In Japan noddles comes with
Broth.
Vegetables.
Protein.
And active life style.

Now look at how we eat noddles today

Just noddles + seasoning

No nutrients, no balance, just quick satisfaction.

We are

same food. different habits different results.

Sugar was never the problem
There was a time sugar was rare
Something people didn't get to see
Everyday.

In early life sweetness came from fruits
And natural sources
Nothing process nothing constant.

Then human discovered how to extract
Sweetnness from sugarcane
And everything slowly changed

At first sugar was precious
A luxury. A symbol of something rare.

But as time passed... Production increase
Trade expanded and sugar became something every one could access.

Today sugar is everywhere
In drinks, bread, snacks, sources
Even hidden in food you don't expect

And maybe the real story is not sugar itself. Because tell me how does something once rare part of everyday life.
