🌞 Is it healthy to do sauna sessions during a hot summer?

The answer to this question is: yes, it is entirely healthy and highly beneficial, but provided you take specific hydration precautions.

In fact, regular summer sauna sessions will give you several key benefits like heat acclimatization, enhanced muscle recovery, deep skin cleansing, immune support and better nighttime sleep.

Our Trondheim model is suitable for 1 person who can do a horizontal lay-flat cold dip as the tub is 170 cm long and 75 cm wide. Perfect for persons up to 190 cm and 100 kg. We optionally offer a larger unit: 1.80 meter x 80 cm.

The 5 kW cooling system can be controlled with our free App that runs on WiFi. The temperature can go as low as 3 degrees Celsius.

It is maintenance free and just needs a fill up with about 300 liter water. We have included our UV-light system to keep the water quality in optimal condition at all times.

🏝 Now with the hot summer here on the island it is clearly the hot tub season for us all. But our hot tubs are not only suitable for the summer to cool down but they can be used all year-round as the temperature our units water can be controlled by our free App if you have WiFi.

The integrated UV-light and glass filter system does the rest to keep the water quality in top condition.

Here is a nice example of our 6️⃣ seater hot tub that we recently installed in Limassol. With the crème insert the water looks blue and it is just fabulous in combination with our wooden walnut finish cladding.
