My passion is helping people reconnect with their bodies, restore balance, and improve their quality of life through an integrative approach to health and wellbeing.

With a background in Psychology and Pedagogy, years of experience working with both adults and children, and advanced education in manual therapies, I combine scientific understanding of human behavior with hands-on therapeutic techniques.

I believe the body and mind are deeply connected. Many physical tensions and patterns can be influenced by emotional experiences, stress, and the nervous system. My approach focuses on treating the whole person rather than only addressing symptoms.

When your SI joint (the critical connection between your spine and your pelvis) becomes misaligned or locked, it physically rotates your pelvis. This rotation pulls one leg higher up into the hip socket, creating a "functional" short leg.

Я постоянно продолжаю профессиональное обучение в области интегративной мануальной медицины.
